    Directions Microwave: 1. Remove tray from outer package. 2. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 3-5 minutes. 3. Peel top fill from corner carefully, allowing hot steam to escape. Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove tray from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. 3. (Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees) Important (Important: Do not place tray directly on oven rack or handle when hot) place tray on cookie sheet, not directly on rack. 4. Cook about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
