    Directions Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Caution: Contents are hot! Do not puncture bag before microwaving. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a cooking thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Microwave: Do not pierce, puncture or open the bag before cooking. Gently massage the package to separate and equally distribute the product before placing in microwave. Place unopened bag in microwave with the directions and pick up here indicators facing up. Cook on high for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes. During cooking, bag will expand slowly until tight, when a slight whistling sound from the steam may be heard. Remove bag from microwave by handling at the corners and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully, cut open the bag and pour vegetables from bag into serving dish; season to taste. Caution: Hot steam may escape from the bag upon opening.
